individuals with control over large budgets;
the majority of companies on this list are
from the private sector, with a small number
of and public sector organisations, such
as NHS Trusts, also present; the list will

those companies offering high-value consultancy
services. Companies on this database spend
substantial amounts of money on external
consultancy and related services.

is 100% postcoded and all records include
telephone numbers as standard.
Source
The
list was compiled and is owned by Clear
Blue. All data was collected by means of
questionnaire and all contact names were
verified by telephone.

structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named most senior executive
(MD or equivalent), job title, company name,
full company address including PAF verified
postcodes, telephone number, salutation.
Output
formats
Data
is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or
Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk,
CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly
recommend you choose the comma-delimited
text format, as it is suitable for import
into any spreadsheet, database or contact
management software, as well as mail-merge
and you may hold a different version
of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to
us.
If
you would like to test the different formats,
you can download a sample database in each
of the formats to try out with your software.
The
3 sample files are:

In
addition, the data is supplied on self-adhesive
labels; self-adhesive labels are supplied
24 labels per page (the size of each label
is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data
is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or
via e-mail; where we send you our list by
e-mail, this is usually done the same day
the order is placed; otherwise, please allow
1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs
as well as labels are sent by first class,
recorded mail.
Terms
& Conditions
All
data is supplied for multiple use but must
not be resold to a third party; if customers
do not wish to pay with order, either through
our secure server, or by cheque, Clear Blue
are happy to dispatch the list to the customer
with an invoice; where goods are supplied
in this manner, payment must be made within
30 days of the supply of the data.
