£90 for every 1,000 names & addresses; the price includes the cost of supplying the data on (a) floppy disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail and (b) self-adhesive labels. 

Some of our customers are only interested in the data on self-adhesive labels, and NOT on floppy disk, CD-ROM or e-mail : if this is the case, you will be able to specify this in our online shop, and the cost of the order, irrespective of quantity of names ordered, will be reduced by £15.

Conversely, some of our customers are only interested in the data on floppy disk, CD-ROM or e-mail, and NOT on self-adhesive labels: if this is the case, you will again be able to specify this in our online shop, and the cost of the order, irrespective of quantity of names ordered, will be reduced by £15.

Description

A substantial list of individuals who are interested in improving themselves.  The motives that lie behind the wish for self-improvement include the desire to be better educated, the wish to have a more rewarding career, and the objective to have a more positive outlook on life.  The list is therefore highly suitable for those companies or individuals offering profitable self-improvement opportunities and schemes.

Customers can order from a minimum of 1,000 names up to the whole list (with currently over 8,000 self-improvement opportunity seekers) in our online shop; none of the data has a recency of more than 6 months.

Data is 100% postcoded.

Accuracy

All names were contacted within the last 6 months; individuals no longer looking for self-improvement related opportunities are automatically removed from the database.

Selections

One of the following quantity of names can be ordered in our online shop: 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 4500, 5000, 5500, 6000, 6500, 7000, 7500, 8000, 8027; Clear Blue automatically dedupes new orders against data already purchased by the same customer.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, full address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.

If you would like to test the different formats, you can download a sample database (the samples contain no names from this particular list and are solely intended to test technical compatability) in each of the formats to try out with your software.

The 3 sample files are:
sample.txt (ASCII comma de-limited text format)
sample.xls (Microsoft Excel format)
sample.mdb (Microsoft Access format)

Self-adhesive labels are supplied 24 labels per page (the size of each label is 64mm x 34 mm).

Delivery

Data is dispatched on (a) floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail and/or (b) self-adhesive labels, as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as self-adhesive labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
