Description

This list contains just over 2,250 US organisations who currently use the IBM eServer iSeries as their main hardware platform, with named most senior IT executive (IT Director or equivalent); the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations, including many well known US firms.  The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to users of this important midrange platform, directly (e.g. software, support) or indirectly (e.g. competitive offerings).  Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Named most senior IT executive, company name, full company address including zipcodes verified to US national standard, (telephone number), salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), file on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or as an e-mail attachment. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; if you prefer to receive the list as either a Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access file, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box when you place your order.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
