Description

This comprehensive database of UK Health, Safety & Environmental Managers allows for the precise targeting of executives with overall responsiblity for all matters relating to health, safety, and the environment.  These are important roles in many organisations, and the executives often carry a heavy responsibilty in ensuring their organisations comply with current legislation.  Health & Safety Managers are known to respond positively to both direct mail and telemarketing approaches and are enthusiastic about any product or service that enables them to do their jobs better and/or increase their knowledge base..

Data is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers are available for all records.  Fax numbers are available for over 40% of records and are cleaned against the Fax Preference Service File; e-mail addresses are available for appr. 10% of records.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, company name, full company address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation. Telephone & facsimile numbers are appended, where ordered.

Output formats

Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; however, if you would prefer to receive your list in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box, when you place your order.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels/hardcopy printouts are sent by first class, recorded mail.

Terms & Conditions

All data is supplied for multiple use but must not be resold to a third party; if customers do not wish to pay with order, either through our secure server, or by cheque, Clear Blue are happy to dispatch the list to the customer with an invoice; where goods are supplied in this manner, payment must be made within 30 days of the supply of the data.
