is a comprehensive list of the most important
500 UK organisations involved in direct
marketing; the list includes direct marketing
agencies, list brokers and other firms providing
a direct marketing services, with named
most senior executive (Managing Director
or equivalent); this is a responsive list
of companies whose 'bread and butter' revolves
around all forms of direct marketing.
Companies
on this list are highly sophisticated when
it comes to evaluating direct mail and other
marketing approaches with an extreemly high
standard of expectation from their potential
suppliers.
 Data
is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers
are available for all records. This
file also iincludes fax numbers for the
vast majority of records (cleaned against
the Fax Preference Service File), as well
as e-mail address for almost all entries.

The list was compiled and is owned
by Clear Blue. All contact names were
verified by telephone. Selections

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named most seniorexecutive
(Managing Director or equivalent), job title,
company name, full company address including
PAF verified postcodes, telephone number,
facimile number, e-mail address, salutation.
Output formats
Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.
If you would like to test the different formats, you can download a sample database in each of the formats to try out with your software.

Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs are sent by first class,
recorded mail.
Terms & Conditions
All data is supplied for multiple use but must not be resold to a third party; if customers do not wish to pay with order, either through our secure server, or by cheque, Clear Blue are happy to dispatch the list to the customer with an invoice; where goods are supplied in this manner, payment must be made within 30 days of the supply of the data. |
