This
list consists of company executives who
have attended a 1 day seminar, run by Debt
Managers, on credit control, debt collection
and the pursuance of claims in the County
or High Courts. The database consists ofthose
individuals eager to improve their knowledge
of accounts receivables policies, strategies
and procedures.
Data
is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers
are available for appr. 25% of records.
Fax numbers are available for appr. 10%
of records and are cleaned against the Fax
Preference Service File.

behalf of the list owners, Debt Managers.
Debt Managers run regular seminars
on best practice debt collection in London,
Bristol, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester,
Newcastle and Glasgow.

Data structure
The following fields are supplied,
as standard, for each record: Name, company
name, full company address including PAF
verified postcodes,salutation. Telephone
& facsimile numbers are appended, where
ordered.
Output formats
Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.
If you would like to test the different formats, you can download a sample database in each of the formats to try out with your software.
The 3 sample files are:

Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels/hardcopy printouts are sent by first class, recorded mail.
Terms & Conditions
All data is supplied for single use or 12 months lease, and must not
be resold to a third party; if customers do
not wish to pay with order, either through
our secure server, or by cheque, Clear Blue
are happy to dispatch the list to the customer
with an invoice; where goods are supplied
in this manner, payment must be made within
30 days of the supply of the data. |
