Description

This is a high-quality, premium database of direct mail responsive individuals who have unresolved credit issues, such as defaults under the Consumer Credit Act, mortgage or loan arrears, or county court judgements/Scottish decrees.  These individuals are often looking for ways to reduce their financial problems and are an ideal target group for those companies or individuals offering relevant products and services.

Customers can order from a minimum of 1,000 names up to the whole list (containin gover 12,000 names in total) in our online shop; none of the data has a recency of more than 6 months.

Data is 100% postcoded.

Accuracy

All names were contacted within the last 6 months; individuals whose credit has since been repaired are automatically removed from the database.

Selections

One of the following quantity of names can be ordered in our online shop: 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000, 11000, 12000, 12050; Clear Blue automatically dedupes new orders against data already purchased by the same customer.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, company name, full address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; however, if you would prefer to receive your list in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box, when you place your order.

If you would like to test the different formats, you can download a sample database in each of the formats to try out with your software; the data in these sample files is solely intended to test technical compatibilty and does not contain any records from this particular list.

Self-adhesive labels are supplied 24 labels per page (the size of each label is 64mm x 34 mm).

Delivery

Data is dispatched on (a) floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail and/or (b) self-adhesive labels, as specified in our online shop; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as self-adhesive labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.
