This list contains the largest (in terms of number of employees) 2,000 organisations in the US, with choice of named most senior of over 35 different job functions (see list below); the database contains all of the US's household names, in industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services. The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies wishing to offer a high quality product or service to prestigious US organisations both in the public and private sector. Top 2,000 lists are generally regarded as highly responsive.
The executives on this list receive a higher than average amount of direct mail; despite this, executive in these high profile organisations are much more likely to respond to a well targeted and relevant approach than their counterparts in smaller firms.

Output formats
Data
is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt) file, on CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited
text format is the default format for the
despatch of our lists, as it is suitable
for import into any spreadsheet,
database or contact management software,
as well as mail-merge; however, if you would
prefer to receive your list in Microsoft
Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will
be able to note this in the "Comments" box,
when you place your order.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied
24 labels per page (the size of each label
is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
