The list will prove responsive, first and
foremost, to Corporate Entertainment firms
and their suppliers.
Companies
on this database spent between £25,000
(lowest) and £1.75 million (highest)
on Corporate Entertainment during 2008/2009,
through activities such as conferences,
hospitality, sporting events, team building
programmes, activity weekends, company fun
days, and themed parties.
Data is 100% postcoded; telephone numbers
are available for all records.
Source
The
list was compiled and is owned by Clear
Blue. All data was collected by means of
questionnaire and all contact names were
verified by telephone.

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named most senior executive
(Managing Director or equivalent), job title,
company name, full company address including
PAF verified postcodes, (telephone number),
salutation.
Output formats
Data is sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.
- (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge
- (b) The Microsoft Excel fomat is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
